Who We Are
Buffalo Ques started with one simple idea. Great BBQ should not be rushed. Every piece of chicken we serve gets eight full hours in the smoker before anything else happens.
We are a small team that loves real food. No frozen stuff. No shortcuts. Just fresh meat, real wood smoke, and sauces we make every morning.
How It Started
The founder grew up eating wings at backyard cookouts. Store-bought sauce and oven-baked wings never felt right. So he built a smoker, tested hundreds of sauce recipes, and Buffalo Ques was born.
What started as a weekend thing quickly became something bigger. People kept coming back. That told us we were doing something right.
What Makes Us Different
Most wing places fry first and sauce later. We smoke first. That gives every bite a deep flavor that frying just cannot match.
Our sauces go from mild garlic parmesan to a ghost pepper blend that is not for the faint-hearted. Every single one is made fresh that day.
